CHRISTOPHER SORAN: All right. Good morning, everybody. I'm Christopher Soran, the Application Support Manager here at the State Board. And welcome to the December edition of our ctcLink Accessibility Forum. Thanks for attending today. Free to type in the chat if you have any questions or raise your hand. And I'm going to go ahead and share the external streamtext link for the closed captions if you prefer that over the captions that are in Zoom. So got a professional captioning captioner here today for us. All right. So we're just continuing to work with Oracle and our service requests making slow progress with progress in our tickets with them. And the main highlight for this month is-- so most of our work with PeopleSoft and Oracle is reporting bugs to them when we find issues or testing their updates to ensure that the accessibility fixes that they listed in the updates are working as they should. And if not, we're opening service requests with Oracle, and letting them know how to fix it. So that's most of our accessibility work, making sure Oracle is fixing stuff on their end. And some of our work is also creating custom pages. And that's the case with this ER 232, which is the Enhancement Request is what the ER stands for. So it's Adding Some Custom Self-service Questions in Campus Solutions. And the enhancement request I linked to if you want to check out the details on it. But, essentially, we're implementing a custom solution to collect information from students to meet state and federal reporting requirements, as well as for institutional research and student outreach needs. So it'll be a new custom page and for students to answer a series of questions. And so we're developing this custom page the student questionnaire. And we're going through and making sure that we're testing it. And everything's coming out as it should be compliant with all the Accessibility Guidelines. So we're going to make sure that when it gets deployed, that it's good to go for students and for everybody to use. So that's the main highlight this month. The rest is just background work back and forth with Oracle on the service requests. Nothing to highlight there that they've completed development on or were ready to deploy quite yet. So that's it for today. The big highlight in the last couple of months has been the getting the latest Campus Solutions image in, as well as the HighPoint Campus Experience, which we talked about last month. There was a lot of accessibility fixes that came in with those. So that was very exciting to have those in production get those updates there. So feel free to submit your future forum ideas and our online submission form or email me. I got Doug's email from earlier this week. If you run across any accessibility issues, feel free to let me know either through a ticket or an email. And we'll be sure we look into it. Either resolve it ourselves or work with Oracle to get it fixed. So as we've got our accessibility web page. And our next forum will be in January. So does anybody have any questions or thoughts or comments? I wanted something you want to chat about. Quick one today. That's OK. So I just want to wish a happy holidays to everyone and a Happy New Year. STUDENT: Happy holidays to you, too, Christopher. Thank you so much. CHRISTOPHER SORAN: In 2025. Have a great day, everyone. PADMA: Thank you.
