High School Completion - Nonresidents Waiver
The tuition waivers and residency classifications document contains information on tuition waivers, residency classifications and the Running Start Program that may be applicable to students enrolling in Washington state's community and technical colleges.
Waiver Purpose
Waiver of non-resident tuition differential for non-resident students enrolled in a high school completion program.
Community and technical colleges may waive all or a portion of the non-resident differential for non-resident students enrolled in a high school completion program. The waiver is only for courses which lead to a high school diploma or certificate.
Nonresident differential is the difference between resident tuition (operating tuition) and non-resident tuition (operating tuition).
