The tuition waivers and residency classifications document contains information on tuition waivers, residency classifications and the Running Start Program that may be applicable to students enrolling in Washington state's community and technical colleges.
Waiver Purpose
Waiver of nonresident tuition differential for congressional dependents.
Community and technical colleges may waive all or a portion of the nonresident differential for dependents of members of the U.S. Congress representing Washington state.
Nonresident differential is the difference between resident tuition (operating tuition) and nonresident tuition (operating tuition).
