WorkFirst Delivery Agreement (WFDA)
WorkFirst Delivery Agreement (WFDA) applications are accepted from Washington state community and technical colleges, as well as other currently approved WorkFirst training providers.
To be approved, WFDA applications must demonstrate educational and job skills training services designed to:
- Meet the needs of the local WorkFirst clients.
- Meet state and federal guidelines (including participation and reporting requirements).
- Align with the WorkFirst Delivery Agreement principles for increased student achievement and accountability.
