Washington State's College in Prisons Program
Washington state's community and technical colleges teach people in prison so they reenter society ready to contribute.
Contracts are awarded to Washington state community and technical colleges that operate existing correctional education programs in Washington state prisons according to an interagency agreement with the Department of Corrections.
