Grant Purpose

The purpose of the Basic Education for Adults (BEdA) Leadership Block Grant is to support participation in professional development training or project development to increase system capacity for continuous program improvement as determined by the Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act (WIOA) operational and program-specific workforce plan component (Title II) for Washington state: Talent and Prosperity for All: The Strategic Plan for Unlocking Washington’s Workforce Potential 2016.

Approved providers/recipients of the BEdA Master Grant may apply for the Basic Education for Adults (BEdA) Leadership Block Grant. Only complete applications will be accepted for review and approval.
