SBCTC ITD's Financial Management System (FMS) administers and manages financial and accounting
functions for the community and technical colleges in Washington State. Use the FMS web pages
as a resource for obtaining information and support related to FMS processes and functions. The
Financial Management System includes control tables, chart of accounts, accounts payable, budget
management, cashiering, customer accounts, fixed assets, general ledger and third party software.
